Terms

FanHelm is software supplied to agencies and creators who operate accounts on third-party platforms. These terms describe what it does, what it deliberately will not do, and where responsibility sits.

What FanHelm provides

FanHelm is an operating platform for agencies managing creator accounts: a shared inbox across creators, fan spend and purchase history, per-team-member attribution on messages and sales, computed splits and commission, and an audit trail of actions taken.

FanHelm is not an agency. We do not manage accounts, take a share of anyone's earnings, or contract with creators on an agency's behalf.

What FanHelm will not do

Nothing is sent to a fan without a person approving it. Automated, unattended sending is not offered, and this is a design constraint rather than a setting that can be switched off on request.

Chatter-level users are not shown a fan's platform handle or profile link. Managers and owners are. This is a product rule.

The audit log is append-only. Entries cannot be individually edited or removed, including by us.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with the terms of the platforms you operate on. FanHelm assists your team; it does not assume your obligations to OnlyFans or to any other platform, and it cannot guarantee any outcome relating to your accounts there.

You are responsible for the lawfulness of the content you publish and the arrangements you have with your creators and your team, including age and consent documentation, employment or contractor status, and tax.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what your team tells fans. FanHelm records what was sent and by whom; it does not vet it.

You must have the authority to connect any account you connect, and to process the personal data you put into the platform.

Pricing

FanHelm is charged at a flat rate per connected creator, not as a share of what that creator earns and not per seat. Seats are unlimited on every plan.

Prices shown on this website are indicative and confirmed before an agreement is entered into. Figures shown in product screenshots across this site are demo data and are labelled as such.

Availability and data

FanHelm depends on third-party platforms that we do not control. Where those platforms change, restrict or become unavailable, functionality that depends on them may be affected.

Your operational data is yours. On termination you may export it, and we will not withhold it as leverage in a commercial dispute.

Contracting details

The contracting entity, governing law, notice periods, liability limits and support commitments are set out in the agreement signed with each agency, which prevails over this page.
