The differences that actually decide the bill and the risk are three: how the price behaves when a creator has a good month, whether the product will send messages without a human, and how much of what your team did can be reconstructed afterwards.

FanHelm is one of the products compared here, so the method matters more than usual. Every claim about a competitor is taken from that vendor's own public pricing page, documentation or changelog, checked on 24 July 2026, with the sources listed at the foot of this page.
Where a vendor does not publish a figure, this page says so rather than repeating a third-party estimate as fact. Several widely-circulated numbers in this market trace back to affiliate review sites rather than to the vendor, and they do not agree with each other.
What this page will not do
It will not tell you FanHelm wins every row. Infloww covers four platforms and FanHelm covers one. OnlyMonster ships features at a pace nobody else matches. CreatorHero's chatter tooling is genuinely deep. Those are real advantages and pretending otherwise would make the rest of this page worthless.

The pricing model is the real difference
Three of the four price by what your creators earn. That is a revenue share presented as a subscription, and its effect compounds precisely when the business is going well.
Take fifteen creators. On a floor-rate assumption, Infloww's published $40 entry price gives $600/month — but the price is banded by earnings, so a roster performing well does not stay at the floor. OnlyMonster publishes its range explicitly: $30 to $250 per OnlyFans account per month across seven bands, so the same fifteen accounts sit somewhere between $450 and $3,750 depending on how they perform. CreatorHero's published structure is $39.99 per creator plus a success fee capped at $260, giving a $600 floor and a stated ceiling near $4,500.
FanHelm's Agency plan covers up to fifteen creators for an indicative $749/month, flat. Whether those creators collectively earn $30,000 or $300,000 in a month, the invoice does not move.
Why this is not just a price argument
Earnings-banded pricing puts your software vendor on the same side of the table as your success — but as a claimant, not a partner. Every improvement your team makes to an account increases what you pay for the tool that helped make it. Flat pricing is the position that your creators' record month is your margin, not our invoice.
The automation question
Two of the four now ship autonomous chat that sends without a person. It is worth being precise about where the consequence lands.
OnlyMonster's own documentation states that fully automated interactions are not permitted under OnlyFans' policies — and it ships an autopilot with guardrails anyway, including staged conversations, human handoff and an optional AI-disclosure notice. Infloww's AI Autochat is in beta. CreatorHero has deliberately stayed assistive, and every independent reviewer confirms it has no autopilot.
FanHelm does not offer autonomous sending and will not. The reasoning is the same one OnlyMonster's documentation states out loud: enforcement lands on the creator's account, which is the whole business, not on the software vendor. AI that drafts, translates, prioritises and summarises is genuinely useful; AI that presses send moves your client's risk onto your client.
Audit depth and chatter theft
The failure mode that costs agencies most is a chatter moving a high-value fan off-platform, and it is the area where these products differ most quietly.
- CreatorHero tracks at keystroke level and has a blocked-message log with a banned-words engine — the deepest chatter tooling in the group.
- OnlyMonster ships Message Guard for banned phrases with AI context detection, though reviewers consistently rate its audit logs weaker than Infloww's or CreatorHero's.
- Infloww includes a sensitive word blocker and role permissions.
- FanHelm records an author against every message and sale in an append-only log, flags conversations that look wrong to a manager, and withholds the fan's OnlyFans handle from chatter-level users entirely — removing the mechanism rather than only detecting its use.
That last one is a product rule rather than a setting. There is no operational reason a chatter needs a fan's handle or profile link, and there is a direct reason not to give it to them.
Which to choose
Honestly, on the shape of your business rather than a feature count.
- Running creators across Fansly, MYM or Fanvue as well as OnlyFans: Infloww is the only one of the four with real coverage there, and that is decisive.
- Wanting a public API and webhooks to build your own tooling on top: OnlyMonster publishes both; nobody else in the group does.
- Running a large chatter organisation and wanting the deepest per-person tracking available: CreatorHero's shift and chatter tooling is the category benchmark, at the cost of being OnlyFans-only.
- Growing a roster and unwilling to pay more for the tool every time a creator has a good month, and wanting a hard product guarantee that nothing sends without a person: FanHelm.
If two of these fit, take both trials and run them on the same week of real data. Feature lists do not survive contact with an actual Monday.
