Privacy
This covers two different things that are easy to confuse: the small amount of data this website collects, and the much larger amount an agency processes through the FanHelm platform on its creators' and fans' behalf.

This website
The marketing site is a static export served from Cloudflare's edge. It sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site tracking.
If you email us to request a demo, we hold that correspondence — your name, your email address and whatever you tell us about your business — so that we can reply and follow up. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone outside FanHelm.
Cloudflare processes standard request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL) in order to serve and protect the site. That is a normal function of a content delivery network rather than a FanHelm analytics choice.
The platform
When an agency uses FanHelm, it processes personal data belonging to its creators and to those creators' fans — names, message content, purchase and spend history. In that relationship the agency is the controller and FanHelm is the processor: the agency decides what is collected and why, and we process it on the agency's instructions.
That data is held so the agency can operate its accounts: showing a fan's spend next to a conversation, recording which team member sent which message, and computing splits and commission. It is not used to train models, it is not sold, and it is not shared between agencies.
FanHelm keeps an append-only audit log of actions taken in the platform. This is deliberate and it is a security control — it means a dispute about what happened can be settled by the record. It also means audit entries cannot be edited or deleted individually.
Access to OnlyFans accounts
Operating an agency account requires FanHelm to hold session credentials for the OnlyFans accounts an agency has connected. These are held to perform the functions the agency has asked for and for no other purpose.
Nothing is sent to a fan without a person in the agency approving it. This is a product constraint rather than a configurable setting.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing.
If you are a creator or a fan whose data an agency processes through FanHelm, that agency is the right first point of contact — it decides what is held and why. We will support any agency handling such a request, and you are welcome to contact us directly if you cannot reach them.

Changes
When this policy changes materially we will update the review date at the top and, where the change affects how agency data is handled, tell affected agencies directly rather than relying on them noticing a new date.
